Paiho Group and PT. PAIHO INDONESIA

History

♦ 1985

Paiho, formerly known as San Ho Shin Limited, was established in 1979, production of touch fastener and elastic. San Ho Shin Limited  established TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED.

♦ 1997

TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. acquired the Dongguan Paiho Textile Limited (Dongguan Paiho Company) in China.

♦ 1999

TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. Invested and setup Vietnam Paiho Limited (Vietnam Paiho Company) in Vietnam.

♦ 2000

On November 1, 2000, TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. was approved by the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) and stock listed on TWSE from January 12, 2001.

♦ 2001

TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. invested and setup Wuxi Paiho Textile Limited (Wuxi Paiho Company) in China . Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd was renamed to Thomas Dynamic Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd in 2022. (Thomas Dynamic Company).

♦ 2004

In order to expand the North American market, invested and set up  Paiho North America Corporation  in United States California.

♦ 2005

TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. invested and setup Dongguan Paihong Industry Co., Ltd.

♦ 2010

1. TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. and Paiho Int'l Company indirectly invested in PT. PAIHO INDONESIA with 99% and 1% equity obtained, respectively.
2. On December 30, Paiho Shih Company was approved by the TWSE, become a first oversea company, and stock listed on TWSE since May 18, 2011.

♦ 2011

TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. acquired 99% equity of Paiho Indonesia Company held by Zhong Yuan Xing Ye Company Ltd (Zhong Yuan Xing Ye Company).

♦ 2012

PT. PAIHO INDONESIA set up Tangerang office.

♦ 2013

1. Factory A & Factory  B  of  PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was completed and put into production.
2. Paiho Group was Awarded with " FACT Division 1 Supplier" by Adidas.
3. Paiho Group Developed Multi Directional Textile with Elasticity and Jacquard Digital Woven Fabric products, to enter the main material market.

♦ 2014

1. TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. was invited by Adidas become part of the member in A-Team, is one of the 11 members in the world to be the most prospective development supplier, and the Company is the only one vice material supplier only one vice material supplier.
2. TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED.  was elected by Nike as the “Pioneer Supplier” in garment - as the strategic partner.

♦ 2016

1. Factory C & Factory  D  of  PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was completed and put into production.
2. AN PAIHO LIMITED.  was awarded with “Manufacturing Excellence & Innovation” by Adidas.
3. Paiho Shih Company invested in Vietnam Paihong Limited Company .

♦ 2017

PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was certified with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 CLASS 1.

♦ 2018

PT. PAIHO INDONESIA set up Bandung office.

♦ 2019

PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was awarded with “Material supplier Laboratory” certificate by Adidas.

PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was awarded with “Color Management Accreditation Program” certificate by Adidas.

♦ 2020

1. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA set up Semarang office.
2. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was certified with ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System.
3. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was certified with ISO 14001 : 2015 Environmental management system.
4. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was certified with ISO 45001 : 2018 Occupational health and safety management system.
5. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was awarded with “Level 1 Trims & Accessories Accreditation” certificate by Adidas.

♦ 2021

1. Factory E of  PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was completed and put into production.
2. TAIWAN PAIHO LIMITED. was awarded with “Sustainability Performance Award” by Adidas.

♦ 2022

1. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA started construction of  Factory F & Factory G.
2. PT. PAIHO INDONESIA was Certified with Recycled Claim Standard.
